These offerings support RMBS Investors who wish to communicate with other investors, who have holdings in the same bonds. By investors sharing their respective holdings of interest, they are able to discuss both loan performance and their rights as certificate holders*.

 

*Note: Bond investor holdings will remain anonymous, unless The Barrent Group is provided express written permission to share such information.

 

Exercise Bond Investor Recourse:

 

All Pooling and Servicing Agreements (PSAs) have certain sections addressing certificate holders’ rights. The Barrent Group has developed a proven system to assist certificate holders in exercising those rights. We have a methodology to support certificate holders in researching their Residential Mortgage Backed Security (RMBS) holdings; obtaining access to residential mortgage loan files and pursuing repurchase recourse - to improve overall bond performance.

By registering and uploading bond holdings of interest, bond holders will be able to request contact information for other registered bond holders. With written permission from the bond owner, contact information will be shared. Registered bond holders will also receive reports, which list bond owner matches for their holdings.
